PTT Serbia today promoted stamps bearing faces of our famous sportsmen - swimmer Nadja Higl, Milorad Chavic and the water polo team of Serbia.

During the promotion at the museum of postal service (PTT), the managing director of this company Goran Ciric said that these stamps were launched on the occasion of celebrating October 9 - the World Post Day.

Higl thanked for this great honour and said that she would continue to make effort to provide the maximum and justify the trust, while Cavic stressed that this is a great day in life of every sportsman.

Serbia water polo team goalkeeper Slobodan Soro expressed a hope that in future even more our athletes and teams will have an honor to appear on stamps.

The stamps with images of sportsmen are carrying the nominal labels from 46 to 50 dinars, hence they are intended for shipment abroad.
